All of the flowers in the following pictures are made of gum paste, a sugary dough which hardens and almost gives a ceramic look. They are completely edible and can be saved for years and years due to the high sugar content. They give such an elegant touch to any cake and then can be made into an arrangement to be placed in a shadow box for a keepsake of your special day.
