In the fall of 2009, I started
taking classes at the Sugar Shell in Idaho Falls, Id. By the end of
January, I became a Certified Cake Decorator. My husband and I moved to
Arizona shortly after that. I have been working as a cake decorator
ever since, working at Walmart, Costco Wholesale and now from home. I am also a
Certified Food Handler in the state of Arizona. This allows me to be
able to bake from my home.
I
absolutely love making cakes, especially when I get to make gumpaste
flowers. I have develped a love for making wedding cakes, but I also enjoy children's cake or birthday cakes.
